Charlotte's Place have recently hired Lee Cadden as head chef, whose previous experience includes working in the Malt House, and have launched a 5 course tasting menu.
The menu, by Ollie Dabbous, is ingredient-led with simple, seasonal dishes and accents of France.
Served in a fat length of brioche bun, roughly the size of a small child’s forearm, is a hot dog with kimchi ketchup, wasabi mayo, sushi ginger, sesame and crispy seaweed.
