Toms Kitchen

Toms Kitchen is the informal counterpart to Tom Aikens eponymous Michelin starred restaurant, positioned between both South Kensington and Sloane Square.

Pollen Street Social

Sired by Jason Atherton, there is potential for Pollen Street Social to offer the kind of culinary flexing that one would expect from an ex elBulli chef.

The words ‘Without Soy Sauce – but if you want to’ are emblazoned in neon on the restaurant wall, and underline the twist to Yashin sushi bar in Kensington.

I’ve yet to come across a dish I didn’t like, and I would be happy as Larry to have everything again. Service is attentive and feels comfortable, average price per person is £75.

Hedone is a Michelin starred blip on an ordinary suburban high street. An unmarked door does little to demystify, but we, the initiated, know better.
