Try a bowl of the hearty bouillabaisse, or French fish soup, which is rich with both cream and tomato and full of mussels, fresh white fish and fragrant, leafy herbs.
Their ability to control the process from tea bush to tea bag is unique, and as a consumer I appreciate that sort of accountable, short chain, cradle to grave approach.
