All in all it’s been a lovely rotisserie lunch. We’ve enjoyed the simplicity of the ingredients, and just how absolutely tasty they’ve been.
Heston Blumenthal is a chef I very much admire. Doesn’t everyone occasionally want some culinary magic on their plates?
Fillet steak is medium rare on the nose, as is the larger sirloin steak we also order. Both graduate in colou from a blackened exterior through to a plumby red.
