Mei Ume is the ultra-luxurious Japanese-Chinese restaurant that has just opened at the Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square
Gone are the traditional sandwiches, replaced instead with sliders of pulled oxtail, flatbreads with welsh rarebit, and butter-fried toast with sautéed mushroom and cheese.
I love a good brunch, and Q Grill do it very well. There are papers to flick lazily through, and the ambience is deliciously unhurried.
