London’s first cheese conveyer belt restaurant is in the Seven Dials market, just north of Covent Garden. The restaurant is called Pick and Cheese, which is a branch of The Cheese Bar.
Brunch starts with cured Loch Duart salmon, carefully arranged under green leaves and crème fraîche. Simple but delicious.
