The Most Scrumptious London Restaurant Review Blogs
The Most Scrumptious London Restaurant Review Blogs
When you need to find a decent place to eat, these London restaurant review blogs come to the rescue
I don’t know about you, but whenever I need tips on where to eat, I always turn to London restaurant review blogs. This city has so many different places to eat and, luckily, loads of fantastic London food bloggers too.
What’s more, as a London food blogger myself, I’ve written a couple of reviews of my own. I know how hard it can be to write engagingly, and so I love being able to switch off and let other bloggers do the talking (writing).

Without further ado then, here are the London restaurant review blogs that I love reading the most!
1. Picky Glutton
Picky Glutton eats basically every dish at a restaurant, over multiple visits, before writing up a review. That’s concise. I completely trust Picky Glutton’s opinion, and they’ve set me on to some really good restaurants in London – and warned me off of others.
2. Silverspoon London
Silverspoon London has been my go-to blog for high-end dining (and travel for that matter) for ages. If you’re looking for a special occasion restaurant in London, then trust in Silverspoon for recommendations! Her restaurant index lists places by affordability too, so there’s something for everyone.
3. The Foodaholic
The Foodaholic gives me major feels in the food blog department. His photos keep getting better and better, and his restaurant reviews are always honest and to the point. He also has a penchant for finding the best boutique hotels around England and Europe.
4. Cheese and Biscuits
Made famous by his restaurant tube map, Cheese and Biscuits is a great old school London restaurant review blog. He gives great insights into London restaurants, and often travels further afield, finding new places to eat along the way.
5. Binny’s Food and Travel Diaries

I first met Binny a couple of years ago, and love the way she translates her restaurant experiences into blog posts. I devour them, and then go to the restaurants she recommends and do a little more devouring.
6. Halal Girl About Town
Lots of my family only eat halal food, and Halal Girl About Town is definitely a favourite in that department. She seems to find the best halal places to eat in London, which might otherwise be a challenge. Her Instagram stories are also super engaging.
7. Samphire and Salsify
Is there anywhere that Samphire and Salsify hasn’t eaten at? He’s always among the first people to try out, and then write about the newest restaurants in London. Which is a considerable feat when you think about how many new places open every month. He’s my go-to food blogger when I want to impress with a hot new London restaurant.
8. London Eater

Even though London Eater doesn’t blog that often anymore, his website is the prettiest thing I’ve ever seen. His food photography is on point! Everything looks so slick and beautiful. And, because he doesn’t blog that often, it probably means that he only writes about the restaurants he really, really, reallllly loves. I’m down for that.
