The Boring Burger proves that there’s beauty in a classic.

It’s made up of two lacy smash patties, aged cheddar, white onion, Heard sauce and pickles, all wrapped up in a soft, glossy bun.

It’s not trying to prove anything. There are no gimmicks or weird sauces, just a perfectly balanced stack that’s juicy, savoury, and deeply satisfying. We enjoy it immensely.

It’s got real melted cheese flavour, like a mini fondue, rather than your usual cheese dip. Its great with the fries, but again this is a heavier, richer experience than other burgers in London. It’s good, but it is very rich and funky.
